The DevOps & Cloud team at Extreme Solution is dedicated to building, evolving, and operating dynamic, secure, and resilient systems at scale. Our team members participate in the entire product & service lifecycle from design through the development and testing process to production support and operations. Our goal is to leverage best-in-class development techniques to operational tasks.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as an advocate for quality practices including the development of automated testing to improve business processes. Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage cloud-based system environments, ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of deployed systems. Build, release, and configuration management of production systems. Follow configuration standards for software and infrastructure. Manage CI & CD tools and pipeline as a partner to development and QA teams. Recommend, develop, and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, configuration management, and security. Oversee critical incidents and major system escalations from initiation to resolution. Create mechanisms/architectures that enable fault tolerance and rapid recovery from failure. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 2-4 years of experience. Graduate of computer science is preferred but not mandatory (depends on the CV and skills). Employment Type

Extensive experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in an infrastructure and management context. Excellent expertise in network and server engineering, including advanced knowledge of networking protocols and server configurations. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare vSphere / VMWare ESXI / Hyper-V. Strong skills in infrastructure automation and configuration management using advanced tools. Excellent experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager. In-depth knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, including performance tuning and high availability setups. Advanced understanding of cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Google Cloud and experience in Azure or AWS. Good knowledge of next-generation firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortigate). Experience with workloads migration to cloud. Expertise in designing and implementing disaster recovery and high availability solutions, particularly in cloud environments. Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and security practices, with experience in implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions.
