THE WORK:
Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and expertise across multiple sectors, such as Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals) and Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, and Software).
Possess functional expertise to conduct technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership across areas like Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.
Help clients overcome business challenges and achieve transformation goals by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities and identifying value-creation opportunities.
Lead and orchestrate responses to RFPs and proposals, collaborating with subject matter experts and teams to deliver comprehensive, differentiated solutions.
Design and execute SAP-led transformations, conducting requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analyses across functions and processes.
Manage SAP transformation engagements end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of blueprints, designs, and implementations while mitigating risks and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Support pre-sales activities, including roadmaps, client advisory, and identifying innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Build and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to expand opportunities and identify new business prospects.
Develop cutting-edge Points of View (POVs), thought leadership articles, and innovative assets to differentiate capabilities and support business development.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum 10 years of experience with Manufacturing Transformation, Digital Manufacturing or Manufacturing excellence, including solution design, gap analysis, and implementation across multiple business functions like Supply Chain and Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading pre-sales activities, such as building RFP/proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving solution architecture.
Demonstrated experience managing at least 2 complex Manufacturing Consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and budget alignment.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in any active Manufacturing Technology as a functional consultant.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 8 years’ work experience.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Expertise in industries such as Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, or Energy/Utilities, with the ability to provide tailored solutions for these sectors.
Functional knowledge across areas like Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Maintenance, with a deep understanding of SAP capabilities in these domains.
Experience creating innovative thought leadership assets like Points of View (POVs), tools, or frameworks that drive SAP-led transformations.
Proven ability to lead design workshops, conduct requirement gathering, and align business challenges with SAP capabilities.
Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related modules, demonstrating expertise in SAP transformation strategies.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
