Mission: As the Head of Demand Generation, you will architect and scale Resolve AI's growth engine, leveraging a data-driven, AI-first approach to drive measurable business impact. You will build holistic, cross-functional demand generation programs that span the entire customer journey—from awareness to retention—aligning seamlessly with our product, sales, and marketing teams. Key Outcomes: Pipeline Generation: Develop scalable demand-generation workflows across paid media, content, SEO, social, ABM, and outbound strategies to drive significant pipeline growth.
Lead Acquisition: Focus on acquiring high-intent leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through targeted and effective campaigns.
Conversion Optimization: Enhance MQL to SQL conversion rates by leveraging AI-driven insights and signal-based targeting to deliver personalized and impactful campaigns.
Full-Funnel Impact: Build and operationalize cross-channel programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
Tooling and Innovation: Implement and manage a modular marketing stack leveraging AI and automation to enable personalization and scale while reducing manual effort.
Competencies: Data Fluency: Deep experience using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and tie marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A proven track record of partnering with sales, product, and operations teams to align demand generation with broader business goals.
Technical Acumen: Proficiency in using AI and SaaS tools to automate workflows, optimize campaigns, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences at scale.
Creative Execution: A blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to design and execute compelling, differentiated marketing campaigns.
Growth Mindset: Ability to rapidly learn, iterate, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on efficiency and execution excellence.
Strategic Thinking: A holistic approach to growth, with the ability to zoom in on tactical details while maintaining a focus on long-term business objectives.
Experience: 7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technical products.
Expertise in managing GTM tech stacks and AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Funnel, Metadata).
Experience designing and executing cross-channel campaigns, with a focus on measurable ROI.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, and personalization at scale.
