Senior Manager, Transformation

What You’ll Do Drive transformation planning and execution across various workstreams and business functions. Oversee transformation process management and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives. Impact operational efficiency, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness. Measure success through the implementation of transformation initiatives and achievement of intended business outcomes. Who You’ll Work With As a Senior Manager of Transformation, you will collaborate closely with operational initiative owners, workstream leaders, and executive sponsors. Reporting to the Sr Director of Transformation, you'll provide insights, recommendations, and support to advance the company's transformation agenda. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in consulting or corporate strategy roles. Demonstrated experience in change management, including the development and execution of change management plans. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to convey key messages and influence stakeholders. Experience in project management and prioritization. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Enthusiasm for driving transformational change. Experience using enterprise data/analytics tools, especially Teradata Vantage, Snowflake, or Databricks.
