As a Strategic Account Director at Randstad, you will serve as the primary liaison between Randstad and our clients' leadership teams. Your role will involve expanding account relationships and leveraging the full spectrum of Randstad’s offerings to support your portfolio. In addition to driving account growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients, you will ensure that all solutions are delivered consistently and per our contractual promises. These responsibilities will be carried out for an established base of large, national, and strategic clients that rely heavily on contingent labor and HR/Talent Acquisition services. The Account Director will represent the full spectrum of Randstad’s brands and business lines, including administrative, light industrial, in-house services, F&A, life sciences, engineering, healthcare, digital, as well as outsourced and managed services. This role involves traveling 30% of the time to maintain and strengthen client relationships. What you get to do: Drive revenue growth, profit margins, and overall financial performance for a designated portfolio of Strategic Accounts spanning all Randstad business units and markets. Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on retaining and expanding each account, leveraging Randstad North America resources to enhance market share. Maintain close communication with clients to ensure excellent service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and follow through on account plans. Define and achieve key performance metrics collaboratively with clients, using a balanced scorecard approach to demonstrate value across various criteria. Conduct formal reviews with top executives and Randstad management. Ensure clear communication and alignment of Randstad capabilities and plans with strategic accounts, coordinating with internal teams for execution. Drive mutual margin improvement through process mapping and consulting with clients. Expand revenue opportunities internally and externally by leveraging problem-solving skills and relationships with HR, Procurement/Sourcing, and Operations contacts. Collaborate with operational leadership to develop programs and solutions that meet sales and profit objectives. Lead contract renewals and renegotiations in alignment with Randstad's key priorities. Manage new sales efforts and respond to RFPs for new business opportunities within the account portfolio. What you need to bring: Minimum of 8 years of proven performance in sales and account management, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience in the staffing industry is required. Extensive experience in selling to large strategic enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of success in delivering tailored solutions. This includes expertise in selling RPO, MSP programs, and outplacement services. Expertise in process improvement and the ability to demonstrate how you have made things better for your clients. An appetite to travel to meet your customers where they are. A passion for influencing positive outcomes. Confidence in planning and execution, navigating large organizations, and excelling in matrix environments. Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and client management abilities. History of generating outperformance by cultivating trusted partner-level relationships with C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders. Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives. This job posting is open for 4 weeks. Pay Rate: $120,510.00 - $76,323.00 Annually Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
