Position Summary: ARC seeks a highly organized and collaborative team player to join our office of General Counsel as a

Project Control Analyst

to perform a highly coordinative and advisory role on all aspects of the project control review of applications for ARC assistance and serve as primary liaison between Project Control and Program staff providing technical assistance and guidance consistent with ARC policies and practices. The position reports to General Counsel and works closely with the Program Manager. Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of relevant experience in grant management, particularly throughout the life cycle of a grant (pre- and post-award) as part of a grantmaking organization or agency or a grantee. Adept knowledge

of and ability to apply rules, policies, procedures, processes, and methods governing the evaluation of applications for ARC assistance including financial components. Ability to facilitate and engage diverse groups and individuals, including federal, state, and local partners, obtaining a resolution in a consultative and collaborative manner. Strong attention to detail,

effective customer service communications, and ability to use a variety of software such as grants management applications, Excel, and Word. Bachelor's degree required. Core competencies: accountability, adaptability, collaboration, communication, and critical analysis. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment bringing an energetic and innovative approach to the work. Successful completion (prior to hire) & maintenance of background security review; U.S. citizenship required. Minimal travel is needed (10%). Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. ARC generally follows the General Schedule Salary Table of the Federal government. ARC’s grades denoted by 'NF' are equivalent to the GS chart. This position is an NF-12 (DC locality).
