Job Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Developer/Consultant – Service Cloud, at N28 Technologies, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working closely with the internal team and our US based customers. You should be proficient at understanding business processes and translating those in Salesforce. You will lead the Salesforce implementations, integrations and custom development projects. We are looking for a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and a team-first mindset. Summary of Experience
Should have an understanding of sales and service related business processes that can be enabled on the Salesforce platform. Total of 5-6 years of configuration and/or custom development experience on the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service cloud):
Experience creating profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, process builder, approval processes, formula fields, etc. Experience with Apex and Visualforce. Understanding of lightning components and platform events.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud:
Experience with all aspects of service cloud:
Case Assignment/Routing. Milestones and Entitlements. Case Queues, Escalation Rules. Knowledge Base, Live Chat. CTI for phone support. Nice to have: Customer Community experience.
Must have hands-on experience doing deployments from sandbox to production environment as follows:
Deployment of custom code. Deployment of standard Salesforce configurations.
Nice to have:
Understanding of field service lightning processes. Experience integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications like ERP, marketing automation, DocuSign, etc.
