We are seeking a bold and savvy Quality Leader to champion excellence by creating, managing and executing the quality strategy of the $5B Hybrid Cloud global business unit. This role will focus on optimizing technical product quality across the organization by identifying best practices, implementing standardized methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all product touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey while maintaining technical product excellence. This role requires a fearless advocate who can cut through noise, spotlight critical issues, and lead efforts to continuously enhance our products, processes, and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by making data-driven decisions and fostering a quality-first mindset. Advocate for quality improvements that positively impact sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business success. Define and develop quality standards and metrics across hybrid cloud for each step in the product lifecycle, including product release quality standards. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure high standards are integrated into the product development lifecycle and adhered to before a product is released. Conduct quality audits and reviews to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Define and implement relevant quality metrics aligned with business objectives and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present weekly comprehensive reports, visualizations, and summaries of key findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Own and oversee all quality-related dashboards, KPIs, and metrics across the organization. Develop, refine, and maintain analytics tools to ensure real-time insights into product and process performance. Experience And Skills Extensive experience in a customer experience and quality leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and issue resolution. Prior hands-on experience with quality assurance/engineering, as well as related automation tools. Strong expertise in quality metrics, data visualization tools, and root cause analysis methodologies. System knowledge of Cloud infrastructure both On-Prem and Cloud including IaaS and PaaS. Good understanding of networking and security as it applies to cloud infrastructure a plus. Background with SaaS Operational processes and tools. Proven track record of driving SRE process, showing tangible improvement over time. Comfortable with pushing back, asking tough questions, and driving action in high-pressure environments.
