Candidate will be responsible for leading the Lithography Business Unit, driving global, cross business unit strategic programs. Candidate will be a program management expert providing oversight from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit in accordance with program budgets and release. Responsible for managing long range and task details by creating and utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. Manage and direct all programs and program managers to ensure PDI process delivers on time to commitments. Works with the senior leadership team to ensure that such programs, strategies, and processes are aligned with the corporate and each business unit's direction. Develop methods and tools to provide resource allocations for on time delivery of projects. Establish weekly cross functional prioritization methodologies, communication, and planning tools. Applies engineering and business process expertise to program stakeholders to solve complex programs/issues. Create and maintain project status dashboards for executive communication. Determine risks and options to mitigate risks on key projects. Manage and direct customer facing communication on status to programs and projects. Manage all business unit program managers. Qualifications

BS in Engineering required. 10 years program management experience or equivalent. 5 years direct management of program management organization. Candidate should have direct leadership experience in leading teams of project managers and in influencing indirect personnel across cross functional disciplines and BU boundaries to drive large corporate initiatives. Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems; uses ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions. Impacts business direction through the development of innovative services or products. Negotiates with senior management, customers or vendors to influence decisions. Candidate could be required to travel up to 25% both domestic and international.
