Senior Project Manager : Direct construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives. Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitor project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports. Manage strategic client relationships and establish clear lines of communication. Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions. Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Typically report to a director and manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
Job Requirements
TS/SCI Clearance (Active) Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10 - 15 years of experience including the following:
1-3 years supervisory experience At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager 3-5 years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences 3-5 years construction experience

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
