You Are:
A senior leader in supply chain management with deep expertise in Manhattan WMS. You bring a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to lead large-scale, complex projects. With over a decade of hands-on experience, you excel in designing and implementing transformative solutions that address intricate supply chain challenges. You are known for your ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop high-performing teams, and create value for clients through advanced digital and operational strategies.
The Work:
Define and lead large-scale, transformative supply chain initiatives leveraging Manhattan WMS, ensuring alignment with client goals and long-term objectives.
Oversee the development of innovative strategies and operating models, integrating warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment with broader supply chain processes.
Manage multiple complex engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, while addressing evolving client needs.
Lead the adoption of digital tools and advanced analytics to improve warehouse performance, streamline operations, and achieve cost efficiency.
Develop and mentor a diverse team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive innovation by contributing to industry publications, hosting webinars, and presenting at conferences.
Lead business development efforts, including proposal creation, client presentations, and the expansion of client relationships.
Ensure projects align with ESG values and contribute to the communities in which we work.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 12 years in supply chain management, with at least 8 years focused on Manhattan WMS.
A Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven experience leading large-scale Manhattan WMS implementations, including strategy, design, configuration, integration, and optimization.
Deep knowledge of advanced Manhattan WMS and integration with automation systems.
Bonus Points If:
You are recognized as a thought leader in the warehousing and supply chain domain.
You hold certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
You have experience driving multi-stakeholder change management in complex supply chain environments.
You hold Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
You have strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
You’ve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California: $163,000 to $434,000
Colorado: $163,000 to $375,000
District of Columbia: $173,500 to $399,300
Illinois: $150,900 to $375,000
Minnesota: $163,000 to $375,000
Maryland: $150,900 to $347,200
New York: $150,900 to $434,000
Washington: $173,500 to $399,300
