Product Marketing Manager, Industry Financial Services The Sage Group’s client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with an enterprise software background to join our Financial Services Product Marketing team. The Financial Services Product Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy for our portfolio of products designed specifically for Banks, Wealth Managers, and Insurance Companies. We are investing in products purpose-built for the industry and you’ll be at the hub of this company-wide transformation. Our Product Marketers are storytellers: simplifying complex concepts, crafting stories that are human and easy to relate to, highlighting customer success, and grounded in an understanding of our products & features. We measure our success by our ability to develop relevant positioning and messaging, innovative demos that bring our product use cases to life and drive new customers into the business. We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and skill to translate our current and future capabilities into compelling stories. You are a big picture innovator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling content to support our customers, partners, and sales teams. You are comfortable both producing and presenting web content, demos, messaging, and content to our internal and customer audiences and you have strong project and program management experience to run multiple projects across cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other marketers, product managers, sales teams, and more. You’ll partner across this large cross-functional team to showcase us through the lens of Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance. Responsibilities:

Partner with Marketing teams across product marketing, field marketing, campaigns, and events that drive and build content strategy and planning for key events. Lead and manage our digital program, web pages development that aligns to our product strategy across launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events. Operational planning & execution across marketing budget each quarter. Partner closely with industry product marketers, campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers to drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline. Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete portfolio of products. Keep current with technology trends and incorporate new technologies into our keynotes and demos. Required Skills:

5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solution marketing at an enterprise software company. A focus on financial services, or directly at a financial services institution is a plus. Experience with website content strategy and management a plus. Experience managing a marketing budget or PNL. Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus. Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, Core Banking and Insurance Platforms, Middle Office Automation or homegrown solutions. Experience in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers. Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content. Preferred Skills:

Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment. A natural collaborator with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Video design and editing skills including the ability to record and produce polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or FinalCut.
