www.jllt.com ). We are currently seeking a business-oriented, dynamic Human Resources leader to serve as a strategic partner to a member of the JLL Technologies Executive Team. Location: This position can be based in San Francisco or Chicago. Responsibilities include: Work closely with senior executive partners to oversee, design, and implement the global People Partner strategy to optimize growth, productivity, and engagement across all employees. Provide support and counsel as a trusted advisor for senior business executives. Consult on organizational design & structure, team development, and drive employee engagement and culture that inspires and motivates. Lead a team of People Experience Partners to support the talent strategy and people agenda that drives successful business outcomes, providing an effective and unified approach across the business. Manage and lead effective organizational and cultural change. Partner with the broader People Center of Expertise (COE) teams in the delivery of key People initiatives, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Leadership Development. Design and implement a strong reporting and process management capability. Derive insights from data and analytics to drive decisions and support the overall business strategy. Professional Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Has spearheaded transformation and led substantive change with leaders across a variety of functional areas. Demonstrated experience in a hyper-growth, high-change organization. Created strategic people plans that bring the best of the COEs and meet the most critical needs of a singular function within a scaling company. Understanding of the entire People stack but has deep knowledge in Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Leadership Coaching/Consulting, Talent & Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. Strongly prefer experience from a tech-enabled, best-in-class People organization. Built/transformed a team and influenced the work of the COEs and their capabilities to increase diversity and inclusion across the organization. A senior business leader who can add valuable perspective beyond functional responsibility to drive results. Estimated total compensation for this position: 150,000.00 – 192,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
