We are seeking an experienced
Creative Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate a logo redesign initiative for local organizations. This role will involve managing project timelines, facilitating communication between stakeholders, reviewing design files, and ensuring the timely delivery of final assets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with tools like SmartSheet and Formstack. Responsibilities
Manage and review design support requests from local organizations, ensuring all required information is complete. Communicate with local organizations to clarify project needs and gather missing information. Open and review design files (PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop) for accuracy and completeness. Schedule and lead meetings with the organization team and local representatives to discuss logo updates. Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring all work is completed within a 3–4 week timeline. Track rounds and reviews, confirming that all requested edits are accurately implemented. Ensure the final logo files are complete and delivered to local organizations according to project guidelines. Maintain familiarity with the Overnight Camp and Conference Center Guide to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate effectively with designers and other creative team members to manage workflows and schedules. Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Experience with SmartSheet and Formstack. Familiarity with design tools and file formats (PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop). Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage creative schedules, rounds, and reviews. Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Experience working with creative teams and managing design workflows. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
