Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification * Manage and oversee the operations of the Employee Health Clinic, including the supervision of clinical staff, scheduling, and daily workflow management. * Provide direct care and clinical services, such as health screenings, immunizations, wellness programs, and injury treatment for employees. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate health records, and implementing appropriate protocols for employee safety. * Develop and manage health promotion programs that address workplace safety, injury prevention, and employee well-being. * Serve as a liaison between the clinic and company leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance employee health programs and policies. Candidate requirements * A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is preferred. * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. * Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in occupational health or a similar setting. * Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, workers' compensation, and employee health regulations.
