Help Desk/Trainer

Fully Remote

The Help Desk / Trainer shall provide support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues. The Help Desk / Trainer shall have experience in the following:

  • Identifying, researching, and resolving routine technical problems of low complexity.
  • Responding to telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.
  • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems using applicable systems and tools.
  • Coordinating with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
