Your Role
We are hiring a Project Manager & Technical Account Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of a project(s) to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, 'to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development.'

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $120,000 - $135,000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on numerous factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.

Your Role
We are hiring a Project Manager & Technical Account Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of a project(s) to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, 'to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development.'
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive effective client engagement, customer success, and provide effective business development support.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client retention and success. Understand client needs and objectives to be able to provide effective solutions.
- Serve as main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and present tailored solutions for client needs.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Apply technical expertise to provide guidance and insights during project design, implementation, and problem-solving activities.
- Lead activities across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and documentation.
- Execute project lifecycle documentation, design documentation, and control plans.
- Lead change control processes, evaluating proposed changes for their impact on processes, equipment, and systems. Maintaining accurate and organized documentation, including protocols, reports, risk assessments, and change control records.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive project completion and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, leading project management efforts.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables.
- Identify tasks and develop detailed schedules, collaborating with functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Actively monitor project progress, while identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Implement change control processes to minimize project risks.
- Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication within the project team and stakeholders.
- Adhere to quality standards and compliance at all times, implementing quality processes, and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage project resources (including personnel, budget, equipment, etc.) identifying and resolving any restraints.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account activities, and market trends.
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of proven project and technical experience in the life science industry or other technical field.
- Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, software and phases of the lifecycle and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong understanding of life science processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and people skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders, customers and across departments.
- Ability to lead groups effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to proactively develop and execute planning strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
