DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
• Experience with Project Management Applications like Wrike, MSProject, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and any potential issues to internal stakeholders and team members on a weekly basis.
• Track project performance, milestones ensuring that projects remain on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist with resource allocation and manage project priorities based on team capacity and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all files are up-to-date, accessible, and organized.
• Support the project team with administrative tasks and identify process improvements to streamline project workflows.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and assist with implementing any improvements for future projects.
