Chief Financial Officer
to oversee our financial operations and drive long-term growth. Position Overview: As CFO, you will lead all financial functions, ensuring the stability and profitability of our operations. You will work closely with the executive team to establish financial strategies, manage budgets, and oversee accounting functions. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth goals. Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and compliance. Manage financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Lead strategic planning, including capital allocation and investment analysis. Collaborate with department heads to monitor and control costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements. Drive profitability by identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for revenue growth. Present financial updates and forecasts to stakeholders, including ownership and investors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of financial leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite). Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
