Administrative Assistant

Opportunity: Contract (6 months)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $18-$19.50/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Print all outbound letters created in Absence Tracker
  • Stuff envelopes and prepare for mailing
  • Review incoming mail sort and scan to email
  • Keep an ongoing report of the number of letters printed daily/week
Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Administrative or HR role
  • Microsoft Office experience
