Pay: $20-$22 an hour
Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. This role involves working in a clean-room environment, where you will be responsible for handling and processing raw materials, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, and following strict GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities- Complete batch records accurately and timely.
- Extract collagen from raw materials and process it.
- Place collagen into molds and cut into various shapes.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
- Sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing areas consistently.
- Operate and calibrate production equipment as needed.
- Fill and package medical devices according to specifications.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as necessary.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production.
- Material handling experience.
- Knowledge and experience in a GMP environment.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, including packaging, GMP, document control, labeling, and inspection.
- Proficiency in following all applicable SOPs and batch records.
- Experience in a cGMP environment or clean-room setting.
