Position Purpose
This data and AI analyst will support B&D's AI implementation initiatives. This role will focus on knowledge management, data organization, and promoting AI adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with strong business acumen to help bridge the gap between our existing operations and emerging AI capabilities.
Position Responsibilities
Knowledge Management & Data Organization Lead the assessment and organization of existing knowledge assets and data sources. Develop frameworks for consistent data collection and documentation. Support the implementation of knowledge extraction and sharing tools. Collaborate with teams to establish data governance practices. AI Implementation Support
Work with Snowflake and other technology partners to implement data management solutions. Support the configuration and deployment of AI-enabled knowledge management tools. Help develop and document use cases for AI adoption. Assist in training and change management initiatives. Business Process Enhancement
Map current business processes and identify opportunities for AI enhancement. Support the development of standardized operating procedures. Help establish metrics and KPIs for measuring AI implementation success. Create documentation and training materials for AI-enabled workflows. Analysis and Reporting
Analyze operational data using Python and basic data science tools. Create clear visualizations and reports for stakeholders. Support the development of dashboards and monitoring systems. Track and report on AI implementation. Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field. 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (pandas, numpy). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and tools. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) concepts Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data platforms Understanding of professional services operations Experience with change management initiatives Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proven adaptability, flexibility, and creativity. Demonstrated ability to thrive within a team structure. This role's estimated base annual salary range is $100,000-125,000. Pay scales are determined by role, seniority level, location, and market data (e.g., industry standards and regional salary reports). Individual pay is assessed through interviews, considering factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
