Talent Development Intern - Summer 2025 Do you want real world experience right now? We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Development Team for Summer 2025. This is an in-office position in our West Des Moines location working full-time hours during the summer. What You'll Do : In this role, you will work with our Talent Development and Total Rewards teams, collaborating on program communications, content creation, and resource redesigning. This position offers the opportunity to learn from different roles in the Talent Development and HR area and contribute to development efforts for every level of the company. As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities that give you a sense of our industry, our company, and help you understand our culture firsthand. Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment. What It Takes to Join Our Team: Be a current student, working toward a human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, instructional design, or similar degree. Effective and proactive communication skills. Exceptional writing skills are critical for success in this role. Able to prioritize multiple projects, anticipate what's next and thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations. Be passionate about learning new things and be tech savvy (ability to learn new systems quickly is a must). Ability to work in-person from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa. Able to work at least 30 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks between May and August.
