Profile The Preconstruction Manager - Complex $80M Projects - Charlotte should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required Proven experience as a Precon Manager or Estimator in commercial construction Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
