About the Role:Join Mochi Health as a Digital Marketing Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our audience through impactful digital campaigns. You'll collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to design assets that are not only visually stunning but also optimized for performance and user engagement. This role reports to the Head of Design.

What You'll Do:

  • Branding: Ensure all designs are on-brand, adhering to style guides and visual identity standards. Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels.
  • Design Creation: Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, including display ads, email templates, social media graphics, landing pages, and banners.
  • Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
  • Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
  • Innovation: Stay current with digital marketing trends and design best practices to ensure Mochi Health remains at the forefront of creative excellence.

  • Detail-Oriented: Known for delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs that adhere to branding guidelines while optimizing for performance across digital platforms.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You excel in cross-functional environments, working closely with marketers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Adaptable and Growth-Oriented: You stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing, continuously learning and applying best practices to your work.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital marketing design, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in design tools; Figma, Illustrator, Canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, especially ads, emails, and social media graphics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working on high-impact, user-facing products.


The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
