Job Description:
- Handle litigation for Personal Injury, Sexual Assault, and Medical Malpractice cases on behalf of plaintiffs.
- Represent clients in the courtroom and/or depositions.
- Draft legal documents, conduct discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Track hours and contribute to firm-wide growth by bringing in new cases.
- Occasional in-office work for mentoring and collaboration (optional for the right remote candidate).
- 1-5 years of experience (preferably in personal injury or related areas such as criminal defense or prosecution).
- Florida Bar admission required.
- Experience as a State Attorney, Public Defender, or Prosecutor preferred.
- Comfortable in the courtroom and taking depositions.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible work arrangement (hybrid or remote).
