Job Summary:
The proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the Loopio platform, both in content and all technical components. The Proposal Writer will draft verbiage for questions that are either not in the database or require a more situation specific response. They will collaborate with the RFP Project Manager to create a professional, consistent approach to all RFPs.

The proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the Loopio platform, both in content and all technical components. The Proposal Writer will draft verbiage for questions that are either not in the database or require a more situation specific response. They will collaborate with the RFP Project Manager to create a professional, consistent approach to all RFPs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Loopio platform to include content upload, review cycles, timelines, reports, template uploads, and all things Loopio.
- Own the user experience strategy for the Loopio Platform working with RFP Project Manager.
- Partner closely with other Series’ communication personnel around content, review cycles, and that we are aligned.
- Work with various Associates to ensure our platform architecture, content, and tools support a best-in-class user experience.
- Identify critical workflows services that can be streamlined/improved.
- Maintain repository of proposal responses for future use within Loopio.
- Develop, write and create compelling and informative content specifically for RFPs and finalist presentations.
- Translate complex insurance concepts into clear and concise language.
- Ensure all RFP responses have a common voice.
- Other job duties as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, proposal writing or related writing field, preferably in the insurance field.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven understanding of RFPs and how to create sophisticated and detailed responses.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Creative, detail-oriented, well-organized with the ability to learn, follow instructions, manage projects, prioritize and self-manage daily workload.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
