GetSwell LLC
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
GetSwell LLC, Louisville, KY, United States
Job Description
This is a remote position. About Swell:
Swell is on a mission to improve mental health support for military families. We envision a world of healthier, happier, kinder, and more mentally resilient people - and we're making this possible through our full-circle mental health platform.
Last year we launched our telehealth therapy app, intended to help military members and spouses access evidence-based mental health therapy whenever they need it, covered by Tricare. Our platform combines traditional 1:1 video therapy sessions with a mobile application designed to enhance skill adoption outside of the session, and reduce the overall time-to-benefit in therapy. Overtime we'll also be building out a self-guided portion of our platform focused on Interventional & Preventative mental healthcare for individuals and couples.
We're a small startup created by a group of therapists, social workers, military spouses, and former service members. We're passionate about improving access and outcomes for the military community and are looking for therapists (full or part-time) to join our team. If you're excited about our mission and eager to support this community, then we want to talk to you!
What you'll do here:
Other info:
We're looking for several therapists and are open to folks who are fully licensed with the state of Tennessee and/or Kentucky.
We prefer our therapists to have foundational training in at least one evidence-based therapy modality and trauma-informed care knowledge prior to starting at Swell. We're happy to support you in further developing these skills through ongoing training, supervision, and consultation.
Individuals of all colors, backgrounds, religions (or lack thereof), sexual orientations, and gender identities who are passionate about helping clients bring about meaningful, measurable change in their lives are encouraged to apply.
Note: This is a contractor (non W2) position. Moonlighting with a private practice other group is permitted by Swell Health for contractors, but you'll have to sign a non-recruiting agreement for Swell clients.
