Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will manage outbound communication via text, email, and calls to engage potential customers and set up appointments for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and a talent for building customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential customers through outbound texts, emails, and calls to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-ups and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and create a positive first impression of our dealership.
  • Track and achieve performance metrics related to outreach, appointments, and lead generation.
  • Support dealership marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality customer interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outreach channels simultaneously.
