A well-established and reputable local public accounting firm is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in both administrative support and client service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service during our busiest season, making the Administrative Assistant a key player in the firm’s success. The position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding support to both clients and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments
- Greet customers as they enter the building
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage the company email and customer orders
- Collect payments
- Assist with filing paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including professional telephone and client service skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (during tax season)
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
What You Can Expect
- $20/hour starting pay rate
- Regular schedule of Monday - Friday with flexible hours -Jan 6,2025 - May 23,2025
