Job Description
We're searching for a dynamic and patient services centric, Senior Vice President, Account Director who will serve as the lead for the client relationship. This is a high-visibility role and will require a partner with senior leadership and Publicis Health capabilities on delivering new services solutions while also having both a hands on/hands off approach to managing the team and business.
Successful candidates will require skills ranging from: Intuitive and Collaborative: Comfortable navigating cross-channel complexities, with both internal and external partners without losing sight of the big picture Responsive- Having the ability to take a nimble approach and understanding to deliver insightful solutions that continue to accelerate the patient experience Digitally Savvy -Understanding digital capabilities and having the drive to advance is a key criteria to continually advance the patient engagement Loyalty / CRM - Experience building solutions that keep customers engaged post-conversion, and appreciates the nuances between support vs. acquisition Solutions Driven - Looking for new ways of doing things and excited about the prospect of building something new. Evolving a playbook or creating a new one! You are welcome to think different!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Client Operations (30%)
Participates in the overall organizational operations, including financial forecasting, staffing and recruitment planning, infrastructure development to support new and existing needs. Provides comprehensive and proactive communication of critical business issues (including but not limited to changes in account activities) and their impact on budget and/or forecasts to senior leadership Actively seeks new assignments and revenue opportunities in collaboration with the VP account leads •
People Management (20%)
Continues to build, evolve and mentor a high performance account management team through visibility, accessibility, communication and best practice coaching Actively participates in recruitment and development of direct team members (and others within Company as appropriate) Helps identify and shape career growth across brands and portfolios to carry through learnings and patient services best practices across the business Supports the VP, Account Director in the development of strategic and creative input to their respective client programming initiatives Serves as a point of escalation and prioritization efforts as needed in coordination with team and senior clients Responsible for adhering to all Publicis policies and procedures •
New Business (50%)
Leads and participates in client pitches and presentations
Identifies new opportunities while maximizing existing business accounts
Generates new products and services to meet client needs Qualifications
To qualify, you'll need:
Four-year degree 12+ years' experience Patient or customer services marketing experience a plus to best understand the requirements of leading a service-oriented business, not advertising 8 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scope Creative agency and pharma experience strongly desired Effective presentation, training and client-facing skills In depth communication and written skills Strong analytic and strategic abilities Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $263,655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
