As a Manager, Brand Growth, your responsibilities include leveraging data and insights to develop and execute strong commercial plans resulting in category growth and profitable share growth for Kellanova. You'll identify insights and opportunities at the brand and market level, leveraging your understanding of the marketplace, financial P&Ls and trade efficiency. Serving as a strategic partner supporting the Kroger Salty Team, you will provide comprehensive analysis to take advantage of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), promotion, distribution, pricing, and competitive business opportunities at product, brand and market levels. In this role, you will develop fact-based customer-facing sell stories to support and drive growth within the account. You will have direct responsibility for executing projects and activities in a timely fashion on respective Kellanova brands and their impact at Kroger and the market. We are looking for remote talent, however preferred locations are Cincinnati, OH, or Chicago, IL.

Business Development & Analytics
- Responsible for accessing, analyzing, and interpreting business indicators of shipments, share, and consumption as they pertain to Kellanova brands and their impact on the markets. This position develops analytical methodologies to track market execution and to provide solutions to enhance execution. Customer Interaction
- Interact with customer contacts in support of the business. You will assist in strengthening the Kellanova partnership with the customer through better analysis of market and brand-level data and assistance in the development of profitable plans/promotions. Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships and information-sharing partnerships with teams throughout the Kellanova business. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal Customer Executives, Sr. Sales Analysts, National Account Executives, and local and Head Quarters based cross-functional partners. Understanding key learnings and developing presentations will be essential in allowing for effective recommendations to the customer. We're Looking for Someone With
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to apply an analytical thought process while working with multiple support functions to achieve commonly agreed-upon goals Ability to handle multiple project assignments on time Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Managing multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints Demonstrated success leading and working with cross-functional teams Excellent presentation, communication, time management, and organizational skills Compensation
The annual salary range is $114,640 - $150,465, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
