Position Description:
Job Description As a Data Analyst within the Analytics, Insights, and Amplification group of Ford Credit Information Technology, you will be responsible for leveraging tools to understand and provide insights to decision-makers at all levels of the company. You will be part of a centralized team working across Digital Platforms, eCommerce, and Ford Pro products to manage a single view of the end-to-end system health, performance, and customer journey. You will interact cross-functionally with more of the organization, including stakeholders from SRE/DevOps, CX, Model-e, and Product Teams. Experience Required: 2+ years Experience Preferred: 0 Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements: Additional Information: Responsibilities Become a data and analytics subject matter expert Work with Executives and other Business Leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in the processes Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients on a reoccurring basis. Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze data and provide insights Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Structure large data sets to find usable information Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings Become certified in our tools, starting with Contentsquare, while continuously learning a tool suite as it changes or grows Partner with the Product Organization and your leader to provide data-driven reporting to inform decisions, pain points, and areas of success Be part of the team who is changing the culture of engineering at Ford Credit Support the engineering squads to ensure they prioritize the right features; this may include training them to leverage your Contentsquare dashboard Defines analytics to be collected regarding the products with which we work and help prioritize their collection Verifies that the delivered dashboards and reports meet desired business outcomes. Assesses the overall health of the system and prompts key decisions to move it forward. Engage with other stakeholders & teams across Ford Credit, Ford Pro and Ford Motor Company This position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager of Digital Amplification, Ford Credit.

Qualifications Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects within your team Team player with ability to work interpersonally with and influence cross-functional teams; Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with many stakeholders as needed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of related experience in reporting, data analysis, data organization, and presenting findings to key partners Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Lighthouse, Contentsquare, Power BI, Mouseflow, Medallia Experience in and/or passion for learning logging, performance, and SRE/DevOps tools and practices Passion and demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup thinking, focusing on human-centered practices to amplify the developer experience in Ford Credit IT Self-driven to research and investigate new technologies and concepts
