Data Analyst – (TSA) 190013

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently looking for Data Analyst on a TSA contract in the Northern Virginia area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented team supporting analysis and management of Federal Real Property and Lease Holdings.

Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for tracking and reporting on project data, to include:

• Updating and maintaining the project tracking board
• Contacting portfolio and project managers to discuss project milestones
• Collecting and filing project completion documentation
• Completing quarterly data calls
• Completing monthly reports
• Assist in processing weekly and monthly rent payments
• Assist team with processing occupancy agreements and obtain necessary signatures
• Conduct rent/lease comparison reports and correct deficiencies
• Track data related to disposals and acquisitions, lease conversions, replacements, active issues through resolution, and data from Weekly Reports
• Verify rental rates for multiple government properties checking for holdovers and discrepancies

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications with special emphasis in Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Works independently with good decision making skills
• Interacts professionally with all levels of employees and customers
• Experience working in prior data analyst position preferred
• TRIRIGA experience a plus
• DHS or TSA experience a plus
