Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure data quality by verifying completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Develop and automate large data sets for data mining and analysis, including exploratory data analysis and visualization.
- Design and build insightful dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Apply data tools effectively to solve evolving business problems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or in a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Excel).
- Strong analytical, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Akamai, Quantum Metrics, or Google Analytics.
- Background in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with large-scale and complex data sets, such as handling 400,000–500,000 customers daily.
