WHO WE NEED: 

 We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools, primarily Power BI. 
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
  • Understanding data modeling, data lakes, and distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Data Analysis. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
  2. Reporting. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  3. Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
  4. Data Visualization. Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
  5. Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
  6. Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
  7. Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
