About Us:

Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your passion for coffee and customer service will help ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, to customer specifications.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly manner.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans and other supplies.
Assist with cash register duties, including processing transactions and handling payments.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
