Responsibilities: • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected Qualifications: • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Bachelor’s degree required • Superb time management and organizational skills • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards Compensation: $122,500 at plan earnings
