Job Title: Janitor
Location: Pontiac
Pay: $16.00/hr

Job Overview:
As a Janitorial Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are kept in excellent condition through various cleaning tasks and maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, and dusting surfaces.
Sanitize breakroom areas regularly, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for employees to enjoy their meals and breaks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in restrooms, including replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer.
Properly dispose of trash from designated areas and ensure that waste bins are emptied and sanitized.
Wash and clean tables in break areas, removing any spills or stains promptly to maintain a neat and inviting atmosphere.
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
Additional Information:
This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate cleaning schedules and special events.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of work experience
