The Operations Manager will be in charge of the workflow of the night shift, communicating with their day shift counterparts for protocol updates, as well as overseeing all individuals employed during their shift.

This position is part of the Operations department in Bellmore, NY and will be located onsite.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations. This role involves overseeing processes within our warehouse and fulfillment operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced role and want to work to empower the evolution of modern medicine-read on.

In this role, you will have to opportunity to:

  • Ensuring tasks are completed by employees during the shift hours in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with the day shift supervisors, managers, and team leaders to understand the priority of tasks for the night shift.
  • Assisting employees with schedule changes, time off requests, and other employee needs.
  • Providing support to employees when there is a backlog of orders or absence of employees
  • Reviewing pharmacy's metrics and maneuvering employees to ensure workflow is consistent.
  • Maintaining inventory management

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Strong communication skills
  • People leadership experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Previous experience in operations, pharmacy, warehouse or fulfillment is preferred.
