We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role primarily involves managing administrative tasks for a CPA firm. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, keeping customer records updated, scanning documents, data entry, and processing paperwork. This role offers part time work on Mondays and Wednesdays.


Responsibilities:


• Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries in a detail oriented manner.

• Keeping customer records accurate and current.

• Processing customer applications with a keen eye for detail.

• Delivering top-tier customer service at all times.

• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining organized records.

• Managing email correspondence efficiently and promptly.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls as necessary.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.

• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

• Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails.
• Capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
