We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry, based in King of Prussia, PA. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant who will be instrumental in managing our financial administrative procedures and guidelines. As part of our team, you'll be in charge of a range of tasks, from processing payments to ensuring compliance with legal requirements.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Guarantee correct and timely registration and allocation of incoming rentals and other lease payments.

• Manage the import and control of transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers.

• Ensure correct and timely pay-outs of investments and other payments to partners.

• Maintain precise customer credit records.

• Provide support in the accounting process through the gathering, entering, filing, and archiving of financial data.

• Assure the correct and timely execution of accounting activities for several vendors and lessees.

• Ensure the filing and archiving of all types of financial documents in line with financial guidelines and legal requirements concerning storage time.

• Take responsibility for the resolution of customer inquiries and monitoring of customer accounts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in customer service

• Skills in invoice processing and payment processing

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct audits

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Experience in billing and handling vendors

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Proven experience in filing and managing financial notes

• Proficiency in using Oracle software

• Experience in working with partners and managing storage

• Ability to handle refund requests

• Onsite working experience

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to archive and manage data

• Knowledge in handling investments and remittance

• Understanding of legal requirements in the manufacturing industry.
