Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
Office Coordination:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
Assist in drafting and proofreading written communications.
Supplies Management:
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field are a plus.
2+ years of experience in administrative support.
