Responsibilities

• Independently collaborate with multiple business groups and top stakeholders to drive decision-making processes.

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends and prepare recommendations for business improvement.

• Ensure the quality and quantity of sound decisions around business processes.

• Generate complex queries against various data sources and develop spreadsheets and tools for management use.

• Retrieve and prepare data for analysis while ensuring the accuracy of the data pulled.

• Compile, prepare, and present reports, graphs, and charts of developed data.

• Conduct forecasting, identify trends, and recommend process improvements or goal changes.

• Serve as an expert on multiple data sources, contributing to the formation of business plans and forecasts.

• Support business area projects by applying general knowledge of the business area processes and best practices.

• Mentor lower-level staff, distribute project components, and ensure necessary training is provided.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and systems knowledge.

• Proficient in reporting and business analysis

• Experience in training and process improvement
