We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Irvine, California. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles, particularly those related to merchandise movers. You will also be expected to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles, with a focus on merchandise movers
• Managing a high volume of recruitment calls
• Leveraging various recruitment tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, and CRM
• Utilizing the Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment processes
• Conducting background checks on potential candidates
• Managing benefit functions related to recruitment
• Ensuring effective communication with all potential candidates
• Overseeing the ordering of necessary recruitment equipment
• Implementing 'About Time' for efficient time management in recruitment activities.
