Job Description
On behalf of our client for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of in Healthcare Industry in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. This role involves closely collaborating with CEO to manage daily priorities, calendar management, and draft correspondences. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for maintaining contact databases, overseeing projects and events, and developing strong relationships with board members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with executives to manage and organize daily tasks and priorities
• Facilitate meetings and project plans to implement the executive's desires
• Draft correspondences on behalf of the executive, capturing their tone and style
• Maintain and update contact databases to keep executives informed on attendees and key contacts for project success
• Assist in research to prepare and inform the work of the executive
• Monitor business and scheduling demands and assist in scheduling appointments
• Oversee project and event management to ensure the executive's responsibilities are fulfilled
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with board members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
• Utilize skills in Concur, CRM, About Time, and Calendar Management to perform duties effectively
• Handle other duties as assigned
Our client is offering full medical, dental, vision, 403(b), with a salary range of $66,165-$100,000, with PTO, sick days, and holiday pay!
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other network administrative tools.
• Understands how to manage diverse needs and highly confidential information.
• Ability to draft and edit high-level communication, presentations, and reports.
• Experience navigating through a highly complex and matrixed organization.
• Must know how to partner with executive assistants, executives, and key stakeholders to fulfil the needs of executive.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Must have high integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail, swift, and affective administrator
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, demonstrate good personal judgment, and effectively handle tasks under pressure.
• Flexibility in handling workload fluctuations and multiple requests
• Experience Preferred in EPIC and MEDITECH software systems
