Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Portland, OR
Job Details: Fully Remote (PST hours- must be located in Oregon or Washington State), Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $25-$27 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reviewing paper invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.

  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.

  • Aid with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting world.

  • BA in Accounting or Finance is required

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Compensation/Benefits: $25-$27 an hour DOE

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
