We are looking to add an Office Manager to our team in the architectural industry, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As an Office Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing administrative operations, managing support staff, and coordinating office services and related activities to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all office activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Oversee administrative staff, allocating tasks to ensure high performance
• Handle the management of schedules and deadlines
• Collaborate with the IT department on all office equipment, manage procurement, and oversee office expenditure within the budget
• Monitor office supplies, which includes tracking inventory, placing orders, and confirming deliveries
• Engage in the planning and execution of office events
• Collaborate with HR to keep office policies and procedures updated, and assist in the onboarding and training process of new hires
• Assist the firm's architects in project administration tasks, as needed
• Ensure accurate billing, data entry, and invoice processing using Microsoft Excel
• Supervise staff effectively to ensure the smooth running of operations.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role or similar position.
• Proficiency in billing procedures and practices.
• Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in invoice processing and familiarity with standard accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead and manage a team.
