Seeking a polished and experienced Restaurant Manager with extensive wine & cocktail knowledge with amazing customer service skills and the ability to lead, train and develop staff. Fine dining experience is a must.

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Set clear priorities, drive results, and maintain accountability.
• Ensure staff perform their duties to the highest standard.
• Support and develop your team through coaching and collaboration.
• At least 2+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining, full-service restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and food handling compliance.
• A hands-on leader who can multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead a collaborative team.
