Your Mission:
As the General Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring every guest enjoys an extraordinary experience while driving sales, mentoring a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a hands-on leader who inspires and develops the team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Set the tone for exceptional food and beverage standards while fostering a culture of outstanding customer service.
- Analyze performance metrics to spot opportunities and implement solutions.
- Coach and mentor managers to drive accountability and operational success.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and brand standards are met and upheld.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in a high-volume or multi-unit environment. Italian dining experience is a plus but not required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates with stellar experience will be strongly considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Strategic and adaptive thinking to anticipate and meet future business needs.
- A passion for hospitality and a talent for developing people into leaders.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year + performance-based bonus.
